Q. What are the payment methods?

A. We accept PayNow, Paylah and cash! We are not able to cater to card/paywave etc at the moment sorry!

Q. Can I claim the $15 deposit fee for the RSVP ticket?

Accepted Answer

A. Yes you can! The deposit fee is to secure a slot within the chosen timeslot! If there's a queue, we prioritised ticket holders first! You can offset the deposit fee from your purchase on that day upon check out!

Question 3

Q. What if I did not turn up for my slot?

Accepted Answer

A. You can only change your slot once within the same month! Do DM us over @ vintagewknd IG to change your slot! However, if you fail to turn up within the same month, deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE

Q. Can I walk-in?

Accepted Answer

A. Yes you can dear! We're permanently open every weekend and we accept walk-ins! However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we do limit the total capacity in the store hence you might have to wait in line to enter (depending on the crowd) as we prioritise ticket holders!

Q. Can I try on the clothes?

A. Yes you can! We have 3 changing rooms available for fitting. However, we do encourage customers to come in fitting-friendly clothes (eg: yoga pants, bralettes) so that you can just easily slip them on if you’d like to try on the fit!

Q. Can I get a new piece?

A. Oops! All of our pieces are one-of-a-kind due to their reworked/curated nature! You can check out our igtv on our instagram @vintagewknd for some re-rework care tips!

Q. Do you have this in my size?

Accepted Answer

A. We are all about body inclusivity sis! We have sizes ranging from petite to plus size (UK 2 to UK 16) Approach any of our staff to get your measurements and we'll do our best to find an outfit that best suits you and your comfort!

Q. Are the items same every month / week?

A. Every wknd we have different wknd specials! If you missed the wknd's specials, you can get them from IGLIVE the following Thursday @vintagewknd instagram!

Q. Will you restock?

Accepted Answer

A. Yes dear don't worry we do restocks whenever possible! If there is anything in particular you are looking for, just approach our friendly staff and we'll be happy to help you find your perfect item if possible!

Q. Can my mom/partner/friend etc accompany me?

Accepted Answer

A. Sure! Although we do accept walk-ins but we prioritise ticket holders! If you bought a ticket, we advice your plus one to purchase a ticket before coming as well to secure a spot! However, as we have limited slots we would want to prioritise customers who really want to come as much as we can!

Question 11

Q. Can I buy a ticket for my friend/partner etc?

Accepted Answer

A. Do get them to purchase their own ticket using their own name and email as we require individual information for contact tracing purposes as well!

Question 12

Q. Can I have extra time to shop than the 2 hr catered slot?

Accepted Answer

A. Do come 20 mins early for your slot! We might let you in earlier for that extra shopping time, depending on the crowd!
